Welcome to the official website for the International Consortium of Heroes, or the ICH. We are the organization responsible for sourcing the various hero archetypes to the romance novel industry. After decades of work behind the scenes, uncredited and unacknowledged, four individuals frequently called upon by the romance industry met in an undisclosed location to discuss a fraternity of brothers. Out of their meetings, the ICH was born, and now serves as chief representative in any and all negotiations with the romance industry on the proper sourcing and employment of heroic archetypes.
